Teaching vs. Preaching

"Teaching verses Preaching"

Let me first start off by saying there is a time and place for both of these, one needs to be led by the spirit as to which style needs to be used for that day.

From the Bus Ministry perspective, teaching has always been a better portion of the bus plan in instructing the youth rather than preaching. Once again I need to say, there have been times when preaching was called for.

Jesus, himself taught may lessons concerning the spiritual needs of the people and how they should live. Many parables he spoke to the thousands that would sit and listen.

So, it can be implied that in teaching many can learn valuable life lessons and reproof of sin. These lessons can be told in story format, or in using pictures to represent the topic you will talk about.

Even both together can have an impact on the young as well as the old.
