Hi, Welcome to TEAM (Team Evaluation and Mentoring)

We are a group of Web Masters / Mistress's who have taken the pledge to give you only the best in web site evaluations. We offer you a complete evaluation with positive feedback and if asked, help in your goal of presenting a professional Award Program or Web Presence. They also make themselves available to other Award Programs to assist in an evaluation when needed.

Our members are a International group of men and woman, who on their own merit have achieved respect from within the Award Community. Together they form TEAM, a team evaluation and mentoring group. They are individuals from around the world who have the ability to help you in presenting a professional looking program or web presence. They offer insightful evaluations with suggestions for making your presentation aesthetic, legal and ethical.

It has come to our attention, that within the past few years, there was another site who utilized the same name as we have. Who, I am told, created ill feeling among the rating indices and its memberships.
With that note, Be it known that this site in no way has an affiliation with the site that used to be called Team.

Introducing the Team

We are a group of International Award Givers who are part of the TEAM Spirit. The TEAM Spirit consists of different membership levels. A member may be listed with one or several of the different levels.

TEAM Player A group of Web Masters and Mistress who make themselves available to other award programs who in the event need an extra pair of eyes to help in an evaluation. Or if you need another evaluator due to a "Conflict of Interest". These are "TEAM" Players.

TEAM Award Master A group of Award Givers who have taken the pledge to give each applicant feedback whether they have earned an award or not. You can be guaranteed they will provide a positive feedback to each web sites evaluation.

TEAM Mentor TEAM Mentors are those who participate in helping New Award Givers or those desiring to develop a web presence, by mentoring them in aesthetics, presentation, legalities, ethics and web evaluation skills.

TEAM Nominee A New Award Program Owner who is going through the mentorship program.

TEAM Certified Evaluator A Web Master or Mistress who has been under the mentorship program and has been validated by their mentors as capable of giving ethical evaluations. This would also be those who have maintained an Award Program for at least one year and have proven themselves to be sound in evaluation skills.
