The Guidelines
TEAM Player To be a TEAM Player, you need to make
yourself available to any Award Program that may need on occasion
an extra pair of eyes when doing a review of an Award Applicant or
when the Award Program has an evaluation in which there is a
"Conflict of Interest". You will need to be able to follow another
programs criteria. The Team Players will be on a rotation, meaning
as requests come in, you will receive an e-mail from us denoting
the award program requesting help in a review. (The letter
"P" on your badge will represent your membership in this
listing)
TEAM Award Master To become an Award Master, you must
take the pledge that you will offer positive feedback to all
applicants who have asked to be reviewed including those who do not
earn an award. You will also offer to all disqualified applicants a
list of the items that have caused their review to be disqualified.

membership in this listing)
TEAM Mentor To become a TEAM Mentor, you must already
have an operational Award Program, that has been in operation for
at least one year. You have maintained outstanding ethics in your
evaluations and belong to an Ethics Organization. You must make
yourself available to new award programs to help them in evolving
their award program to insure it is ethically sound. You will also
take the new award program under the auspice of your own award
program as an evaluator for a period of at least 16 evaluation's to
certify them in giving sound, ethical evaluations. (The letter
"M" on your badge will represent your membership in this
listing)
TEAM Nominee A TEAM Nominee will be a New Award
Program of 1 year or less. The Nominee will avail themselves
under the auspice of a TEAM Mentor who will help them in
structuring their award program and site to insure legalities,
ethics and proper criteria. A nominee will also undergo
evaluation skills training. (The letter "N" on your
badge will represent your membership in this listing)
TEAM Certified Evaluator A TEAM Certified Evaluator will
be an Award Giver who has maintained an Award Program for at least
one year and has proven themselves to be ethical in all
evaluations. They will also belong to an Ethic's Organization or
have an ethics staement on site. Note: If an applicant for this
membership does not own an Award Program, but does evaluate for
one. The Award Program owner needs to submit a letter of
recommendation to TEAM stating the member is under their auspice
and is ethical in giving evaluations will be given membership to
this area as well. All TEAM Nominees who after their Mentorship and
verified by the TEAM Mentor will be certified as a web evaluator
and then added to the Certified Evaluator listing. (The letter

listing)
Primary Disqualification's The following are the
only reasons said membership may not be granted. Site's
who promote pornography (this does not include artistic
impressions), drugs, gambling, alcohol, hate, racism, the
occult and violence towards people or animals. Site displaying
Copyright Infringments. Site not displaying an Ethics statement.
Site not belonging to an Ethics Organization or not under
the auspice of a program owner who is responsible for their
actions who is a member of an Ethics org.
