"Sign Language"

In a world that not only seems to be diverse in languages, on many occasions you will find those special individuals that have a hearing or speaking hindrance. The ASL was developed years ago to bridge that gap between the two worlds (those who can hear and vocalize and those who cannot).

If you practice the alphabet, you will be able to communicate to those with a hearing disorder by spelling the words you wish to convey.

Many of the larger churches today have a deaf ministry. Your ability to invite them to church will allow them a opportunity to hear God's Word and form a larger support group for themselves.

Permission was given to display the photos, if you would like to visit Scotts site, he has two areas inwhich you can translate a word to sign or practice reading sign. Link does open in a new window.
