Sending out Birthday Cards at the right time.
Knowing who still needs to come to the saving grace of the Lord. Who still needs to follow the Lord in baptism. Who is missing, maybe they are sick or maybe there is a spiritual problem they are going through. Maybe they moved.
By far a good secretary is worth their weight in gold. And good records are needed in passing on knowledge to the next person or persons who will be following after you.
