"Building the Route"
You too can experiance the joy of seeing your bus ministry grow, but first you must turn over ownership of the route to the Lord.
Plan events that will include all of your riders, young and old.
One must understand the ultimate goal of the bus ministry is too bring families into the church and eventually have them start coming or driving in as a family unit.
Events that seem to go over well;
Water Balloon War / Hot Dogs and Chips Day / Cookouts / Ice Cream Day / Penny Toss Day / Candy Explosion Day / Visitor Contests
Making the Event Work;
Make up flyers, well in advance of the event.
Pass out flyers during visitation and give some to the kids to give to their friends.
Canvas your bus route area, leaving flyers in all the doors.
