"Funeral Planning"
It's during these times that as you counsel with people you find many have not planned for this day. And the burden and stress that the ones left behind have to deal with become extra stress. The grieving process comes into play long after the Funeral is past. No one likes to talk about death, but a wise steward is one who has taken care of these things. To make the process easier for those family members that now are without the one or ones they loved.

The first one is "The Funeral Request" This can be used as a guide for the loved ones left behind as to your requests and specific information that may be needed by them.
The second one is called "Funeral Plans" This form can be used as a guide as to how you would like the funeral to take place and specific information that can be used by the family members.
