"Journaling"
Journaling is probably an art that has long passed into the shadows by many Christians. Some of you might remember growing up and keeping a diary. Well journaling is kind of like that.
The process of keeping one is simple and yet it does require some disciplines in making sure you do it on a regular basis.
As you walk through the day, the confrontations and experiences you face can be written down, allowing you to reflect on the events and how you handled each one in regards to what the Word of God has tried to instruct you.
Even in your daily devotions one can read a portion of scripture and then in reflection write down what that verse or chapter meant to you in your relationship to God or to family and friends.
In a since you are creating an autobiography of your life and your walk with God.
