The site must be easy to navigate, be consistent and not get me lost. If using Java or Flash menus are there text alternatives. Are there top of page links for any area over 3 pages in length? Does it take more than 3 moves to get back to your Home Page?

Scoring = Minus 1 point for each infraction.
