9. We do enjoy music but not every one has the same taste in music as you do, so if you are using music on your site, please provide a way to turn it off.
10. A good site will be one that does not promote any illegal activity or supply others with hacking or WAREZ tools. A site found in breach of Bandwidth stealing.
11. Since some of our scoring deals with the code of the site, any site that takes away our browser tool bar or does not allow us to right click on their site will be excluded from our review process. ( Certain exclusions to right click disabled for protecting artistic work is allowed, but pertains to the graphic and not to the site)
