5. If you are using graphics / music or references, a responsible site would have a copyright statement on the entry or home page covering all of the items used on their site and if written permissions were obtained. This would include a copyright logo on every page.
6. With being responsible for what is viewed by children as well as adults on this site, we cannot validate a site that is considered an Adult Theme or commercial business, this would be a company that promotes the selling of products for adult themes or dating services. This would include links to such sites. ( i.e. Sexual, medical, escort services, dating, etc.)
7. As many families and children visit this site, we do look to see if the applicants site condones or promotes the use of tobacco, alcohol, gambling or drugs.
8. The Crystal Sea is a strong believer in individuals privacy. A responsible site that collects any information from its visitors, via (E-mail, Guestbook, Forums, Forms, or Feedback) will have a privacy statement clearly displayed.
