"Disqualification Criteria"
1. A good site will not contain any pornographic or sexual material. This will also include nudity as this web site is Family Safe and Safe Surf rated. ( Including external links )
2. Sites referencing hate or violence towards another human being or animals are also sites that do not reflect what this site is all about.
3. We feel strongly that a site meet a Safe Surf Rating as we reach out into families and people of all ages and try to maintain a Family Safe objective. A responsible site who has a safe surf rating will have the pic rating in their source code of every page. The Pic rating can also be from the ICRA as well, or one of the other organizations covering family safe values.(If using only an ICRA tag, site must get a green light under strict rules being applied)
4. Because of this sites theme a site that endorses or promotes Satanism, Wicca, paganism, witchcraft, fanatical religious groups, cult movements would have to be excluded in its evaluation process. ( Including external links ) ( Literary works are an exception to this rule )
