6. A responsible business site, will have a "Terms and Conditions"? A "Disclaimer"? A "Refund Policy"? "Shipping" Info? "Sales and Purchasing" info?
Design;
1. A thoughtful design will offer a way to contact you from any page? Can I e-mail you from any location in the site, whenever I get the urge?

When someone visits your site can they tell there is a consistent theme throughout?
Can I tell what your site is about on all pages? Do I feel like I'm always
going to another site when another page opens?
