"The Crystal Sea Awards Program"

Hello:

We are sad to say that the time has come for us to cut back our involvement with the award program. This does not mean we are going away, but due to a relapse in health and having to go back into the hospital again, I think it's time to limit the on line activity.

The TCS web site and the WWWEC site will continue their operations.

We want to personally thank those rating programs we were associated with and the many web masters whom I count as friends for the support and help in understanding and mastering the art of web design. With all this being said we humbly now close the Award Program. We will leave the site open for review of past winners that you may visit some of the best sites we have seen.
