"Award Program Process"

The follow will list the process the applicant will go through from sending in the application to its final review. Please read carefully.

Once the application is received you will be informed by E-mail that you are in the beginning stages of review. Included with the E-mail you will also receive a Site ID. This ID will allow you to follow the progress of your review on the Award Status Page. Site visitation will take place anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks.

We will first look at the site to see if there are any disqualifying issues. (Stage 1) See Disqualification Factors.

Once the site passes the initial review (Stage 1) and does not have any disqualifying factors, the site will be reviewed based upon the criteria that is written within this program (Stage 2). See Criteria Factors.
